What Educators Receive

For a flat $1,300 fee, educators receive everything needed for a successful and rewarding weekend—including lodging, meals, booth space for sales, teaching opportunities, and direct access to a highly engaged community of nail professionals.

4 nights lodging, 12 meals

Educator lodging is designed to be comfortable and community-focused, with most rooms shared by just one or two fellow educators. Many cabins include kitchenettes for added convenience during your stay. For those who prefer additional privacy, a limited number of single-occupancy rooms may be available for an additional fee. Educators are welcome to arrive after 2:00 PM on Thursday to settle in, set up their booth space, and prepare for an exciting weekend at Nail Camp.

Class & Sales Booth Space

Each educator receives an average 20′ × 20′ booth space designed to serve as both a classroom and product showcase. Tables are provided for displays, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities. Booths can be set up on Thursday before camp begins and may remain in place all weekend, making it easy to create an inviting space where attendees can learn, shop, and connect with your brand.

Connect, Teach & Grow Your Brand

Educators have the opportunity to maximize both their exposure and earning potential throughout the weekend. In addition to their booth space, each educator may offer up to four paid hands-on workshops, giving attendees the chance to work directly with their products, techniques, and teaching style. These workshops are often the most effective way to generate product sales, as attendees can see the products in action, experience them firsthand, and gain confidence in their results before making a purchase. Best of all, 100% of workshop registration fees are retained by the educator.

Educators also present up to four complimentary demonstration classes during the event. These sessions introduce attendees to new products, techniques, and trends while providing additional opportunities to connect with potential customers. By the end of the weekend, campers have had multiple chances to learn from you, try your products, ask questions, and build the trust that turns interest into sales.

The Incredible Improvements Workshop

One of Nail Camp’s most popular traditions is the Incredible Improvements Workshop, a collaborative educational experience where multiple educators come together to share their expertise on the fundamentals that create beautiful, long-lasting nail enhancements.

This collaborative session gives attendees the opportunity to meet many of the weekend’s educators, experience their teaching styles, and begin building connections before diving into classes and workshops throughout the weekend.
