Alisha Hill
Alisha Hill has over 28 years of experience in the nail and salon industry. She owns Enamel Salon and Alisha’s Designs, where she combines her passion for beauty, business, and design. In 2019, Alisha decided to open her own salon, creating a welcoming space for both clients and professionals to grow. She now shares her expertise by helping others build with creativity and confidence.
Alisha’s Designs began over 12 years ago, inspired by creating photography and custom designs for her kids’ sports teams. Her creativity and eye for detail quickly expanded into marketing, branding, and digital design for local businesses.
In 2004, Alisha earned 2nd place in 3D Nail Art at the Nailympics, showcasing her exceptional skill and artistry. She went on to be an educator for Nubar for six years, sharing her knowledge with professionals. Over the past four years, she has also mentored and apprenticed new nail technicians, helping shape the next generation of talent in the beauty industry.
