Pricing & Registration

The different prices below will determine which kind of room you plan to be in.  Its very important that if you plan to share with specific room mates that you choose the same room type!

We can not room people together that choose different room types.

COPPER MOUNTAIN CABINS

Classic Camp Experience!

For those who love to chat with other nail techs, share their class experiences or really get to know new friends, the Copper Mountain cabins have 6 rooms and sleep 5-8 in each room on bunk beds.  The living room in the center has a fireplace for relaxing and hanging out or finishing up that mixed media piece.

Each Room will have 2-4 bunk beds.  We have lots of groups that have made friends over past visits to camp.  When you register, be sure to list your friends you would like to be in a room with.

Glacier Peak Lodge

A more private retreat.

If you aren’t a fan of larger camp life or you need a restroom in your room, the Glacier Peak Lodge is your destination.   Each Room contains a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a small table.  Each room has its own bathroom.

Facility pricing is determined by the number of occupants in these rooms with a max of 3 per room.  If you would like to be in one of the rooms and do not have room mates in mind, we can try to place you with room mates who have chosen the same type of room.  By September 1st, if we have not found a room mate for you, you can choose at that time to upgrade to a private room or join the cabins in Copper Mountain and be refunded the difference.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?

Full Refunds available until July.  From July-September 1, you can be refunded all you have paid except the deposit.  No refunds after September 1st.

Can I stay at a hotel?

You are welcome to stay in a hotel, but this will not change the price of camp and you will still have a bed assigned to you if you decide to use it.

Can I change my room type later?

We can accept room changes until September 1st, 2024.  There is no guarantee when you change you room type that there is space in your desired room category.  We only have so many beds assigned to us in each category.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

You do not need to bring a printed ticket at check in.  When you arrive we will have a list of everyone who is fully registered.

How many tickets are available?

We like to keep Nail Camp small, so there are a maximum of 175 slots available for attendees.  We save the other 25 spots for educators and Nail Camp staff.

Are there any additional fees?

Your Nail Camp registration pays for your lodging, meals, free classes, raffle prizes and Swag bag.  It does not cover additional costs that some educators will charge for their workshops.  The reason we do it this way is so that you are able to choose where to spend your hard earned money.

Space Is Limited!

Nail Camp is unique with the meals and lodging included.  This also means we have a max dedicated for the event.  The last 2 big Nail Camps sold out!  Grab your spot.
