Passionate about nails, the industry and education, Jess stays busy in many areas of the nail industry.   Since 2002, Jess has spent her days in the salon doing gels on her clients.  Awarded Educator of the Year from Akzentz for both 2018 and 2019, Jessica has traveled the country providing classes for over 15 years.  She shares live videos of salon appointments on RealWorldNails.com to help nail techs who can’t attend classes understand the products they use and troubleshoot their customer’s nails.   And finally, she distributes at her store LuvNailz working to provide a place for nail techs to get top quality products.  Jess has recently gotten into the fun and intense world of Nail Competitions, 2016 & 2017 Nailpro Top 10 Competitor and became the Nailympia Div 2 Champion in 2017.   Her passion for gels has helped her create techniques that are easy for beginners and produce nails that are long lasting and keep clients loyal.  Signature services like her “30 day manicure,” Rock Star toes and Glitter fade techniques excite nail techs passionate about making clients happy without taking hours during their appointments.  Since helping create the NW Nail Retreat in 2010 and organizing schedules, educators, and event logistics, it is a work of passion.  Desiring to take the Retreat to more techs, Jess began taking Nail Camp to new locations in 2018, starting with the Nail Camp Cruise.   In May of 2019, Jess took Nail Camp near Atlanta, Georgia and Boise, Idaho.    

For over twenty years Allie Baker, global educator and
winner of the 2015 and 2017 NAILPRO Cup Championships, has been a constant
in the competitive nail industry. In addition to being a dedicated mother,
salon owner and cover artist, she’s a nail industry veteran, and highly
respected mentor and educator.

Baker hails from Medford, Oregon and has traveled to over 25 countries
educating and mentoring others for the past 18 years.
Some of Baker’s proudest accomplishments are winning the Nailpro Cup in both
2015 and 2017 and being a part of the winning team for three consecutive
years as well as having her designs grace the covers of both NAILS and
NAILPRO magazines.  She doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon and
continues to support and educate the industry.  She feels education is
incredibly important in this ever-changing industry and loves to learn as
much as she loves to teach.

Tiffani Cordoza is the dynamic owner of Cordoza Nail Supply, a pivotal figure in the nail industry with over a decade of experience in owning and operating businesses across multiple facets. Her journey began as a passionate nail technician and salon owner, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry. Meet Tara Robinson, Master Educator for Luminary Nail Systems as well as the proud owner of Tara-Fied Nails Lebanon Oregon.

Tara has always believed the primary key to success in this ever evolving industry is a combination of education and practical hands-on experience.

She is quoted as saying, “You can never learn too much and you can learn something from everyone.”

Cleary, there’s merit to her personal philosophy, seeing as in the 13 years since she entered the nail industry, she’s found a way to open and build a solid reputation for her salon, mentor, travel and teach for a number of recognized companies as well as having earned the rare and distinctive title of Master Educator with Luminary Nail Systems.

All the while, co-managing her personal household with her artist husband of over 20 years Rob and raising their now 17-year-old son Kael.

Becky Bunnell is a wife and a mother of 6 children. She loves camping, four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, sports, beach time and all things NAILS!

Becky is a licensed Nail Tech/Instructor of 31 years, she currently resides in St. George, Utah. She is the owner of Nailed Studio & Academy & CEO of SO Gel Nails Supply Company.

Becky is an administrator for Tech Talk Worldwide’s International Facebook Group, where she has the opportunity to teach, encourage, and lift other Nail Techs to be their best self.

After Utah passed licensing for Nail Techs in 2003, Becky was able to help create the curriculum for the first Nails only program for USU Eastern, in Price, Utah.

Bunnell has had the honor of having her work published in Nails Magazine, Nailpro Magazine, and Scratch Magazine. She has also written a variety of blogs.

Becky was also chosen as “The Tops” in Nail Style weekly, and a 2018 Nail Star on the “Cruise With A Nail Star Cruise”. Becky has a podcast for nail techs called Tribe Nail Tech. She is the inventor of the HOLD IT, gel holder and recently released her Tribe Nail Tech colored builder gel line sponsored by SO Gel nails.

What she loves most about her career is teaching, mentoring and building lasting relationships with other Nail Techs.

Having been a professional nail tech and salon owner for 32 years she has seen trends and techniques come and go and is ready to help you learn and grow. Author of All that Glitters series covering basics of building a business to a complete guide to all things nail art.  Her ability to share her knowledge of nail art, business, and so much more while keeping you laughing makes her a true gift to the nail industry.

I am very fortunate to have a job that I love and am passionate about. I have been in the nail industry for 33 years and each year I attend educational events to stay on top of the new trends. My passion for this industry allowed me to follow my dreams and open Polished Nail Academy  & Polished Nail Supply in Ocala Florida.  Now I can bring my years of education & experience to people who want to be a part of our amazing industry. Alisha Hill has over 28 years of experience in the nail and salon industry. She owns Enamel Salon and Alisha’s Designs, where she combines her passion for beauty, business, and design. In 2019, Alisha decided to open her own salon, creating a welcoming space for both clients and professionals to grow.
